We will enjoy Spanish wines and music while creating a painting in the style of Pablo Picasso! We will focus on line and to create an original acrylic painting. abstraction of the human form All materials will be provided, and you will take home your finished work at the end of the evening. April 18: Matisse, Color & Fauvism and the
wines of Southern France.We will travel to Nice, in the sunny south of France, where Matisse was inspired and worked for a large part of his life. We will focus on color and line to create a floral still life in the style of Henri Matisse. All materials will be provided, and you will take home your finished work at the end of the evening. March 21: Monet, Impressionism and the wines of Northern France.
This evening will take us to Paris and the area of France where Claude Monet lived and worked. We will take as our inspiration his "Water Lilly" paintings, done at his garden in Giverny. All materials will be provided, and you will take home your finished work at the end of the evening. Enjoy wine selections selected by Silverlake Wine, and complimentary food pairings by Vince Cavalli of McKinley's Grille as you listen to relaxing and regional French café music in a supportive, friendly atmosphere.
