We were given a working piano to paint and redecorate by the San Dimas HS Media Center, to accompany our inclusivity mural, already begun and created by the SDHS Social Activism Club. The new piano project will be designed and executed by Advanced and AP Studio Art students in my class. The theme of the design will complement the positive vibe and message of the mural. The $463.40 grant will cover quality house paints, a palm sander to prepare the piano furniture, and a gloss final coat.
